Our Farmers Markets and Food, Agriculture & Taste Expos connect communities with healthy, organic, locally produced foods and sustainable agricultural resources. We promote nutritious food choices, local farmers, regenerative and sustainable agriculture, culinary education, and local food security.
Survive — Safety First Fairs
Perform Fairs believes that safety education and preparedness can save lives, reduce suffering, and accelerate community recovery. Our Survive — Safety First Fairs bring together emergency preparedness products, disaster-response resources, training, demonstrations, speakers, organizations, and restoration solutions.
These events educate individuals, families, businesses, schools, and communities about preparedness for natural and human-caused disasters. We highlight national, state, regional, and local solutions for emergency preparedness, survival, response, recovery, rebuilding, and resilience.

Our Space & Science Expos educate people of all ages about space exploration, scientific discovery, planetary science, astronomy, emerging technologies, and potential future human settlements beyond Earth. Farmers and Agricultural Vendors
Farmers and agricultural vendors must comply with applicable farmers-market, agricultural, health, business, and food-safety requirements.
Where required, vendors must provide appropriate farmers-market certification, permits, licenses, and other documentation.
Perform Fairs encourages the sale and promotion of fresh, seasonal, locally produced, organic, regenerative, and sustainably grown foods, while accurately representing the certifications and production methods associated with each product.
Liability Insurance & Risk Management
Perform Fairs maintains appropriate liability insurance consistent with the size, activities, location, and risk profile of each event.
Coverage may include general liability and, where appropriate, additional coverage for activities involving children, volunteers, exhibitors, food operations, property, or other identified risks.
Perform Fairs requires participating vendors and contractors to maintain insurance coverage appropriate to their activities and consistent with applicable venue and event requirements.
Our objective is to protect attendees, children, staff, volunteers, vendors, exhibitors, contractors, and the organization while maintaining responsible risk-management practices.
Nonprofit Proceeds, Donations & Community Benefit
Perform Fairs is organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, subject to its governing documents and applicable federal and state requirements. Perform Fairs is a Tax Exempt Nonprofit.
Perform Fairs intends to dedicate a portion of available net proceeds, consistent with applicable law and the organization's charitable purpose, to educational programs, charitable organizations, community causes, and nonprofit science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education programs.
